Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of CiteLogic's operator-reviewed AI visibility services, public site, portals, checkout flows, and related fulfillment workflows.

1. CiteLogic services

CiteLogic provides operator-reviewed AI visibility and Generative Engine Optimization services for local and small business customers. The service may include visibility diagnostics, Build fulfillment deliverables, Authority recurring monitoring, content drafts, portal access, and operator-reviewed implementation workflows.

CiteLogic is not a law firm, accounting firm, payment processor, advertising network, search engine, social platform, or guaranteed ranking service. We provide operational and marketing support based on available evidence, third-party systems, and customer-provided information.

2. Accounts and authority

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for keeping your account access secure, and for ensuring that the person using the service has authority to bind the customer business.

If you submit information about a business, employee, owner, contractor, customer, or third party, you represent that you have the right to provide it to CiteLogic for the requested service.

3. Fees, payments, and subscriptions

Build is a one-time paid fulfillment service unless an order form or checkout states otherwise. Authority includes an upfront setup or onboarding component plus a recurring subscription fee billed through Stripe.

By completing checkout, you authorize CiteLogic and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts, billing cadence, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout. Subscription charges renew until canceled according to the cancellation process available to you.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable once fulfillment work has started, except where required by law or where CiteLogic approves a refund in writing.

4. Cancellation and access

You may request cancellation of a recurring Authority subscription through the available account, billing, or support process. Cancellation stops future recurring charges after the then-current billing period unless CiteLogic confirms a different effective date.

After cancellation, CiteLogic may limit ongoing monitoring, customer portal access, draft generation, implementation support, and other subscription-only features. Historical records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and for legal, security, tax, billing, and audit purposes.

5. Customer content and approvals

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving business facts, claims, legal/compliance-sensitive language, offers, prices, testimonials, and any customer-facing materials before they are published, sent, or used.

CiteLogic uses human/operator review gates for customer-facing actions in V1. Drafts, recommendations, Signals, reports, and community-placement materials are not promises of outcome and should be reviewed before use.

6. Community and third-party platforms

Community content is intended for manual, policy-aware posting. CiteLogic does not ask for platform passwords, does not store platform credentials, and does not authorize automated login or posting unless a future written agreement and policy gate expressly says otherwise.

You and any operator posting on your behalf must follow the rules, terms, disclosure requirements, and community norms of each third-party platform. CiteLogic may block or pause work where a destination, persona account, or proof package is incomplete or unsafe.

7. AI, evidence, and no guaranteed outcomes

CiteLogic may use AI systems, search providers, structured templates, and deterministic workflows to generate drafts, summarize evidence, classify records, and support operator review. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and requires review before reliance.

CiteLogic does not guarantee rankings, search placement, LLM recommendations, lead volume, revenue, customer acquisition, review outcomes, social engagement, or platform acceptance.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use CiteLogic to mislead consumers, impersonate others, fabricate endorsements, send unlawful spam, violate platform rules, submit malicious code, infringe intellectual property, or request work that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe.

CiteLogic may suspend or refuse work that appears to violate these Terms, third-party platform rules, privacy obligations, payment obligations, or applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

CiteLogic retains ownership of its platform, workflows, templates, software, methods, internal prompts, schemas, rubrics, and operational tooling. Subject to full payment and these Terms, you may use final customer-facing deliverables prepared for your business.

You grant CiteLogic permission to use information, materials, and feedback you provide as needed to operate the service, produce deliverables, maintain records, improve internal workflows, and support your account.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or guaranteed business result.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CiteLogic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages. CiteLogic's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to CiteLogic for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event.

11. Changes and contact

CiteLogic may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or through another reasonable notice method.
